We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks, and Cash. You can also use your flexible spending account (health insurance credit card) if your insurance provider offers that option.

Cancellations & “No-Shows”

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We understand that occasionally, unforeseen events happen and you may not be able to give proper notice. We are willing to be flexible, but if you accrue more than two late cancellations or “no-show” appointments, we reserve the right to charge a $30 fee for each subsequent occurrence.
